Payment

S.E.D. Creations currently accept payments made with Ideal, Visa, and Mastercard.

Delivery

S.E.D. Creations tries to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped between 1-2 days after purchase.

Shipping

Shipping is free within the Netherlands and Europe. You will be notifed when your order has been shipped.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, no worries. Returns, will be accepted within 10 days of the shipping date.

A refund will be issued once the item(s) have been inspected and meet the following requirements: Items should be unused and in good condition in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. The amount of your returned item(s) will be refunded to the bank account number that was used for your purchase. We aim to complete all refund processes within 10 working days.
